I recently stayed at a one-bedroom condo in Sunderland and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean and tidy, providing all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location, although a bit outside of Sunderland center, was quiet and peaceful, and there was a private off-road car park for easy parking. The sofa and bed were comfortable, and the towels provided were of good size.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. there was no hot water in the first floor apartment when I woke up for an early morning shower.

The location of the one-bedroom condo was perfect for our needs, as it was only 4 miles from Sunderland centre. Despite being in a Council estate area, we didn't experience any noise or nuisance during our stay. The private off-road car park behind the building was a great convenience.

During our stay, we encountered a few issues with the condo. The boiler was faulty, which meant we had no hot water.

It was great to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in the room.

we had a great family holiday in sunderland and stayed at a lovely one-bedroom condo with an indoor fireplace. it exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable sofa and bed, and good-sized towels. the location was perfect for the party we attended, and the private off-road car park was a bonus.
